At State of Tennessee, I investigated security alerts and suspicious activity across state agencies using IBM QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon, Proofpoint, and Zscaler. I also hunted threats and analyzed logs to identify phishing, ransomware, malware, and account takeover activity.
I documented incident investigations and remediation activities in ServiceNow, and supported incident response, threat analysis, and containment with cybersecurity analysts. I completed this work as a Cybersecurity Intern on the Security Incident Response Team.
Most recently, I remediated digital documents for State of Tennessee to meet ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. I tested documents with accessibility tools and NVDA, prepared remediation reports, and performed manual quality assurance before approved documents were published to SharePoint.
