What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable web platforms, REST APIs, and data-driven products in remote, agile, cross-functional teams, while continuing to grow my AI and machine-learning experience.

I've built full-stack modules for MapaInversiones at the Inter-American Development Bank, a public-investment transparency platform serving 850,000+ active users across 12+ Latin American and Caribbean countries. I use C#, .NET Core, Razor, Orchard Core, REST APIs, D3, and D3plus to deliver scalable applications and real-time investment dashboards.

At Imagitech, I delivered full-stack solutions and custom ETL pipelines for public-sector transparency initiatives, consolidating data from three government sources. I've also adapted FixMyStreet into the mobile-first Ciudadanos Visibles civic application for MSI and evaluated and customized the platform for the World Bank.

I bring 15+ years of development experience across public, international, banking, energy, and financial systems, alongside ISO/IEC 27001 internal-audit knowledge. I'm continuing to expand my work in AI and machine learning through TensorFlow, NLP, CNNs, and LLMs.
