I’m a Full Stack Specialist with over 11 years of experience optimizing business processes through continuous delivery, operational excellence, and digital transformation. I focus on building scalable applications that improve performance, usability, and real institutional outcomes.

In recent roles, I’ve optimized and evolved mission-critical platforms, including key iterations of IDIPRON’s Misional System. I automate core workflows (e.g., management for children and youth), reducing manual transactions while strengthening reliability for daily operations.

I lead modernization efforts such as refactoring and automating database management, and I build reactive experiences by implementing Livewire and Vite to streamline table structures and workflows. I’ve also redesigned claims/request platforms (PQRSDF - Voces) by integrating data analytics and preferential attention parameters to improve response times.

My technical approach is grounded in strong security and stability practices—executing continuous improvement for legacy systems using OWASP standards, performing vulnerability scanning, and hardening critical environments. I combine deep backend (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, REST APIs) with frontend engineering (Vue/TypeScript, Vite) and solid systems/DevOps foundations (GNU/Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Nginx/Apache).
