What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to support students' growth in a collaborative environment, focusing on special education.

I am a passionate educator with a strong background in special education and a commitment to fostering the growth of students with diverse needs. Currently, I serve as an Elementary School Resource Teacher, where I teach social skills to children with social-emotional and behavioral disorders. My experience includes creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress to ensure academic success.

With a Master of Science in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of educational strategies tailored to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities. My previous roles as a Special Education Inclusion Teacher and Teacher Assistant have equipped me with the skills to provide individualized instruction and support, ensuring that every student can thrive in a nurturing environment.
