I’m looking for a role where I can lead product strategy and agile delivery—partnering across engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn customer and internal needs into compliant, scalable, and improved digital outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Product Manager delivering customer-focused digital products in fast-paced environments, combining product strategy, stakeholder management, and agile delivery with data-informed decision-making. I partner across cross-functional teams to translate internal pain points into clear technical requirements and outcomes.

In my most recent role, I owned “Channel” partner integrations, multiple applications, and automated payment systems within the Product Team. I shaped and prioritised product features and user stories, and spearheaded four epics focused on system compliance, maintenance, and upgrades.

Previously, I led customer communication platform migrations and supported complex enterprise initiatives across Quadient and Salesforce, building and mentoring a high-performing development team while standardising tools and environment setups. I also drove project management excellence through scalable process designs, proof of concepts (POCs), automated troubleshooting workflows, and operational reporting to continuously improve CX and communication strategies.
