I’m a Compliance Manager with over 24 years of extensive expertise in compliance and audits management. I specialize in fostering cross-departmental collaboration to enhance regulatory adherence and operational efficiency, even in dynamic environments.

Since Jan 2021, I’ve served as Regional Compliance Manager, implementing regional policies that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. I conduct audits to identify improvement areas, execute comprehensive internal audits to find compliance gaps, and implement corrective measures to strengthen organizational governance.

I also lead compliance monitoring for 3000+ employees and manage payroll operations for the same scale—resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and developing workflows that boost efficiency and accuracy in data management. Earlier, as an Operations Supervisor (Apr 2002–Jan 2021), I performed audits, led risk assessments and safety protocols, and used attraction performance metrics to drive data-driven operational improvements.
