I am a seasoned customs and logistics professional with over 20 years of experience managing import/export operations, customs procedures, and forwarding logistics. I have consistently ensured compliance with Macedonian and EU regulations while optimizing processes for efficiency.

In my current role I manage documentation, e-Lohn records, bank guarantees, and coordinate carriers and subcontractors to meet delivery timelines. I developed Excel-based databases and produced statistical reports (IND1, IND2, IND21) to improve tracking and decision-making.

I have hands-on experience with customs and trade systems including ASICUDA/SOCDAD, Kasper, and Elon-Vegesa, and maintain strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of SQL and Python. My work aligns with quality standards such as ISO 9001, SA 8000, and ISO 14001.

I bring strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills, complemented by training in business English, project management, and leadership. I am disciplined, adaptable, and focused on delivering compliant, cost-effective logistics solutions.
