I’m looking for a role where I can use my accounting and administrative skills at their best, while gaining new knowledge and experience that helps me develop and cultivate my character and potential in my chosen field.

I’m a highly motivated professional focused on applying my skills at their best while continuously learning and growing in my chosen field. With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and hands-on experience, I support accurate financial processes and smooth office coordination.

In my accounting assistant role I;

-Monitored and updated accruals by performing regular reconciliations and variance analysis, reducing discrepancies and improving the accuracy of month-end financial reporting.

-Managed monthly utility payments and check processing by implementing a structured tracking system and timely verification procedures, significantly reducing late payments and avoiding penalties.

-Supported year-end inventory by coordinating with cross-functional teams and conducting detailed verification and documentation, ensuring an efficient and accurate inventory count process.

-Handled vendor communications and inquiries by promptly investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring accurate and timely settlements for both the company and vendors.

-Handled record keeping, and helped the finance team with month-end closing activities and special projects.

More recently, I’ve broadened my impact through administrative and teaching work. As a secretary, I handle calls, diaries, reporting, filing, meeting agendas and minutes, client/organization liaising, and processing bills/expenses. As an English teacher, I create lesson plans, adapt instruction to student needs, maintain a positive classroom environment, assess and provide feedback, manage student behavior, and collaborate to improve outcomes.
