What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a better opportunity where I can support sales and customers end-to-end—handling export/admin documentation, SAP-driven order processes, and structured follow-ups—while working with a team that values accuracy, communication, and deadlines.

I’m a sales and administration professional with experience supporting internal and export sales across the HVAC/interior décor and building & construction sectors. I handle day-to-day order administration, quotations and follow-ups, and I keep customers updated throughout the full order process.

In my export role, I’m responsible for compiling export documentation after orders are transported (including EDI Notification, SAD, Bill of Lading, and Customs Worksheet). I also update quote and order reports on Excel, coordinate production with internal teams, and ensure correct terms and HS Codes are applied to exported orders.

Across previous roles, I supported sales administration, service contracts (SLA renewals and monthly billing on SAP), and showroom/account administration, including customer communication, lead generation, cold calling, and debtor-related reconciliations.
