At Oracle, I led multiple tracks of the CRM mobile app redesign using Oracle’s proprietary Redwood design system, delivering its first major update in years. I collaborated on surveys, interviews, and usability testing, then synthesized findings into user goals and future scripts.

Before Oracle, I designed web stores, websites, and microsites for the Telefonica group and affiliates across Mexico and Latin America. I also collaborated with developers on Telefonica’s 2.0 web store with B2B accounts, and worked on instructional presentations, animations, and e-learning experiences at ForteOrigen.
