At Springs Window Fashions, I transformed fully manual Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android provisioning into a zero-touch platform for 1,900 users. I built Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Jamf enrollment workflows, alongside a self-service software catalog serving 3,500 endpoints.
Previously at Sub-Zero Group, I led global endpoint platform decisions for 4,500+ devices and helped modernize SCCM and GPO workflows into cloud-native Intune management. I reduced Windows 11 first-sign-in provisioning from 45–60 minutes to 15 minutes and automated recurring work with 50+ PowerShell scripts.
I build secure, usable endpoint experiences through PKI, certificate-based Wi-Fi, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, MAM, and Defender. I also mentor teams, document standards, and use my Microsoft 365 and Azure lab to validate changes before production deployment.
