I’m a Senior Program Manager and strategic leader with 25+ years delivering high-impact IT and mission-critical solutions for the Department of Defense and Fortune 500 organizations. I specialize in enterprise-level data modernization, Digital Materiel Management (DMM), and SDLC oversight—turning complex roadmaps into measurable execution.
