I’m looking to lead mission-critical digital modernization and cloud transformation for regulated federal missions—building high-performing PMOs, strengthening security and compliance, and delivering measurable delivery improvements through cross-functional execution.

I’m a mission-driven Senior Program Manager with 20+ years leading large-scale federal IT programs across Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community missions. I focus on modernizing services through multi-cloud adoption while ensuring delivery excellence in regulated environments.

I’ve directed cloud and platform transformation efforts at Amazon Web Services, leading global industry and solutions teams and mentoring engineering and program leaders to raise execution maturity. I’ve also shaped product roadmaps across services like EBS, Amazon MQ, EC2, End-User Computing, and GenAI—driven by direct stakeholder engagement and service-team escalations.

Earlier, as Director at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, I built and scaled a federal PMO and Digital Services organization of 130+ FTEs, delivering secure, customer-first modernization and governance. I championed cabinet-level FedRAMP High offerings and received a Federal 100 Award for leadership in federal IT modernization.
