What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my meteorological knowledge and grow in a collaborative environment.

I am a graduating senior at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I am majoring in Earth System Science with a concentration in Meteorology. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in meteorological principles, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in a professional setting. I have gained valuable experience through my coursework, including advanced forecasting and operational weather forecasting, as well as practical skills in Python for GIS.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have honed my leadership and management skills as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A since May 2019. This role has allowed me to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively while balancing my responsibilities as a full-time student. My participation in the Wx Challenge for four years has further developed my forecasting abilities, culminating in a weather briefing I delivered at the NWA2020 conference.
