At Bwalo La Ana Youth Active Community Organisation (BLAYACO), I facilitate IMpower sessions designed to empower girls and transform boys through structured learning curricula.
I mobilise young people for youth empowerment and community development programmes, and support community entry and baseline and endline activities with Area Development Committees and Village Development Committees.
As Advocacy and Communications Officer / Lead Facilitator on the DREAMS LoLa Project, I develop reports and communication materials and coordinate advocacy campaigns focused on gender equality, HIV/AIDS awareness, sexual and reproductive health rights, and youth empowerment.
Earlier, I reported community news for MIJ FM Radio and managed marketing operations at African Herbal Mixture. At MotoMoney, I led sales representatives and coordinated district-level sales and marketing activities.
