Represented commercial roofing and building envelope manufacturers across Atlantic Canada through distributor partners and certified contractors. Built distributor relationships and led technical education and channel development.

Advised clients on life, disability, critical illness and health insurance using needs-based analysis. Created a branch partner education and referral initiative with RBC managers across Nova Scotia and achieved 155% of annual target.

Developed insurance business through consultative sales, referrals and ongoing client relationships. Earned Rookie of the Year and a first year agency production record; recruited, trained and mentored new advisors.

Managed approximately 25–30 contractor, municipal and infrastructure accounts across Nova Scotia, growing existing relationships and identifying new applications. Introduced a new ADA tactile warning plate line and worked with engineers and contractors on specifications.

Managed Nova Scotia territory and supported New Brunswick and Newfoundland for specialized bridge, highway and construction product lines. Built relationships with 40–60 contractors, engineers, architects, municipalities and manufacturers; generated the highest Atlantic sales volume and gross margin for key product categories.

Led freight terminal, warehouse, logistics, customer service and administrative operations. Managed a cross-functional team, national account relationships and performance reporting.
