I’m certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and have hands-on experience coordinating work, supporting cross-functional teams, and improving workflows through clear documentation and standard operating procedures. I’m especially motivated by mentoring others, facilitating collaboration, and creating structure in environments where things can easily become chaotic.
