At PL Gerencial Engenharia Consultiva LTDA – Breeze Project, I review and analyze service measurement reports for supplier and contractor payments, and monitor quality and outstanding issues.

I manage processes, deadlines, responsibilities, and targets, and prepare action plans to resolve open issues. I also prepare spreadsheets, management reports, and meeting minutes, then follow up on agreed actions.

I review construction daily logs and documents for consistency, organize photographic records, and update information on the client’s platform. I coordinate with stakeholders, internal teams, suppliers, and client representatives, and support new employees with routines and control procedures.

Previously, I organized internal processes, requests, inventory information, and documents at Multilog. As an intern at Barueri Municipal Department of Public Works, I supported administrative and technical activities and checked project documents and information.
