I am a senior architect and urbanist with over two decades of experience leading architecture, urban development and infrastructure projects, including large-scale UE-funded regeneration and private-sector masterplans. I founded ARC.[aw.] to deliver integrated design, consultancy and project management services, and I have led awarded competitions and major works such as Hotel Pleiada and prize-winning entries for national cathedral competitions.

I combine technical expertise (AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, ArhiCAD, GIS) with public policy and project-management training to drive impactful urban regeneration and infrastructure initiatives. I co-founded civic think-tank Bahlui.ro and contribute to Moldova Vrea Autostradă, advocating and shaping transport and metropolitan projects that improve regional connectivity and quality of life.
