What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead IT delivery end-to-end—combining Scrum and waterfall—partnering with security and stakeholders to manage risks, improve process flows, and ship reliable production releases with continuous improvement.

I’m an IT Project Manager and Agile Delivery Manager with experience leading IT initiatives from budget approval through production release across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. I’m known for clear communication, structured execution, and aligning technical teams, security stakeholders, and business units around practical outcomes.

In my current role, I direct IT projects end-to-end with accountability for delivery planning, coordination, and governance. I also perform business analysis and design process flows to improve visibility, clarify responsibilities, and support data-driven decision-making.

I partner closely with security teams to provide system context and actionable application insights for risk management. I oversee application updates to maintain performance, availability, and security standards, and I translate vulnerability assessment and penetration testing findings into delivery tasks and remediation plans.

Previously, I delivered projects using Scrum and waterfall methodologies, adapting governance to scope and team needs. I’ve also led a high-volume Network Operations Center (NOC) technical support team, managed incident workflows and escalation paths, and mentored internal project managers to strengthen consistent practices and continuous improvement.
