At ImmunoScape, I work on discovering and developing TCRs for the treatment of solid cancers. My team analyzes large multi-omics, single-cell datasets and develops AI/ML models to predict T-cell target specificity.
At the Genome Institute of Singapore, my team developed and operated scalable genome analytics workflows for next-generation sequencing data, including the National Precision Medicine pilot. We worked across an in-house HPC cluster, the National Supercomputing Centre, AWS, and other cloud providers.
Earlier, as a Research Associate at the Genome Institute of Singapore, I developed computational methods and workflows for next-generation sequencing analysis, particularly for RNA viruses such as Dengue and for metagenomics. I also worked with Illumina, PacBio, and Oxford Nanopore data.
At University College Dublin, I developed biological sequence analysis tools, including work on ClustalW2 and Clustal Omega, which have received more than 20,000 citations. At Microsoft, I helped customers across APAC adopt cloud solutions and designed architectures and pilots for machine learning, high-performance computing, and big data workloads.
