What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reproducible bioinformatics and machine-learning solutions for genomics and multi-omics research, where I can turn complex biological data into actionable insights and continue growing in computational biology.

I'm building reproducible bioinformatics workflows at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, processing genomic and DNA methylation datasets from the Texas Twin Study and TwinLife. I develop epigenetic biomarkers and agentic AI workflows to investigate gene-environment interactions and childhood development.

Previously at Bio-code, I automated end-to-end genomic processing pipelines, improving data-handling efficiency by 40%, and trained ML classifiers for breast cancer outcomes using TCGA multi-omics data. I work across genomics, transcriptomics, epigenetics, and metagenomics using Python, R, Bash, Snakemake, and machine learning.
