What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to leverage my legal expertise in environmental and compliance law while contributing to meaningful projects.

As a dedicated law student at Michigan State University College of Law, I am passionate about environmental and agricultural law. My experience as a Notes Editor for the Michigan State Animal and Natural Resources Law Review has honed my research and writing skills, culminating in a publication that addresses the management of invasive species under the Wilderness Act. I also serve as Vice President of the Environmental and Agricultural Law Society, where I advocate for sustainable practices and legal education.

In my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience through various roles, including my current position as a Compliance Research Assistant at Michigan State University College of Education. Here, I ensure that K-12 teaching professional licensure and certification requirements are met across states. My internship at Compeer Financial allowed me to conduct legal research on regulatory compliance and contract law, where I provided recommendations for risk mitigation. Additionally, my time as a Paralegal at Masud Labor Law Group equipped me with practical skills in drafting legal documents and managing client communications.
