What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to contribute to legal advocacy and support, while fostering my growth in the legal field.

I am a recent graduate from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies, where I achieved a 3.6 GPA and was honored on the Dean’s List. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in legal systems, complemented by relevant coursework in Criminology, Cybercrime, and Statistics of Research. I am passionate about the law and dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of legal aid.

During my internship at the Legal Aid Society in New York, I gained invaluable hands-on experience by attending court proceedings, documenting case details, and collaborating with attorneys and colleagues. This role honed my research skills, particularly in utilizing WexLaw and online databases to support casework. Additionally, my experience as a mentor and residential aide intern has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively and develop treatment plans for individuals facing complex challenges.
