Allison Farley
@allisonfarley
I’m a legal intern focused on animal and environmental advocacy through rigorous research and actionable policy support.
What I'm looking for
I’m a law student and legal intern who turns detailed research into practical legal analysis for advocacy. I draft, analyze, and revise contracts, identify legal risks, and prepare research to support litigation and policy work.
My experience includes tracking legislation and court precedent, supporting organization-wide strategy, and producing reports that propose regulatory approaches. I’ve also testified at public commission meetings and presented findings to stakeholders to advance animal and environmental protections.
Before law, I built a foundation in animal care and ecological work—supporting chimpanzee enrichment and husbandry and contributing to field and social science roles. That background helps me approach legal issues with a strong understanding of real-world impacts and humane outcomes.
