At General Motors, I lead MY27 Industrial Engineering launch activities for a vehicle assembly plant, shaping workforce plans, production-line buyoffs, KPI monitoring, and analytics affecting 5,000 employees.

I’ve delivered measurable operational improvements across manufacturing: reducing hours per unit by two hours, cutting overtime by 50%, and automating more than 10 processes to reduce reporting time by 50%.

I’ve led 20+ Industrial Engineers and union employees across Stamping and Paint, while advancing Lean Manufacturing maturity through standardization, built-in quality, short lead time, people involvement, and continuous improvement.

With an MBA and a Computer Systems Engineering degree, I combine Power BI, Excel, SQL, workforce analytics, and strategic planning to turn plant data into practical productivity and innovation initiatives. As WOMEN’s affinity group president, I also lead the “Babies at Work” project to create a family-friendly space at the plant.
