What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a people-focused operations role in e-commerce/warehouse where I can lead teams, improve processes (5S), coach staff, and work with honest, down-to-earth colleagues who communicate clearly.

I am an operations leader with five years managing a top-performing warehouse team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, responsible for inbound, outbound and returns while meeting performance targets and quality standards.

I established HR and performance protocols, managed absence hearings, conducted right-to-work checks and oversaw disciplinary procedures in collaboration with HR, and introduced 5S methodology to streamline workflow and boost efficiency.
