What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in HR, recruitment, global mobility, or international workforce operations where I can support diverse people, coordinate processes, and grow in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

I've supported AIESEC's Outgoing Global Exchange team by helping participants navigate international exchange processes and coordinating communication between candidates and coordinators.

As a Talent Acquisition Team Member, I support recruitment, candidate communication, talent sourcing, applicant engagement, strategy planning, and recruitment promotion. I also contribute to conferences and support teams for events including Launch Your Career and Meet AIESEC.

I'm currently leading a marketing team, developing strategies and digital campaigns, managing content, monitoring KPIs, and improving activities based on campaign insights.

Alongside four years in hospitality, I bring customer service, problem-solving, and confidence working under pressure. I'm motivated by HR, global mobility, international workforce operations, and building positive experiences for diverse groups.
