What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in children's or family ministry where I can develop volunteers, oversee programming, and build safe, disciple-making environments.

I am an experienced Children’s Ministry Director with over a decade of church leadership and five years in high-capacity ministry management. I lead weekend programming, recruit and develop volunteers, and create safe environments where children and families grow in Christ.

At Saddleback Church I provide strategic and hands-on leadership for weekend services, curriculum execution, volunteer development, and special events, serving 60–200+ children weekly. I also supervise staff, manage operations, and ensure compliance with safety and child protection policies.

My background includes roles at Transformation Church and Crossroads Christian Church, missions work in Mexico and Peru, and professional experience in early childhood and high-capacity guest environments. I bring strengths in event planning, systems organization, and family engagement.

I am passionate about discipling the next generation, developing leaders, and building consistent volunteer culture through training, shepherding, and vision casting. I use tools like Canva, Planning Center, Rock, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to support ministry operations.
