What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or support care-focused programs where I can build strong relationships with children, families, and staff while creating safe, engaging, and well-organized environments.

I oversee youth programming at First Unitarian Universalist Church, leading staff recruitment, training, scheduling, curriculum, safety practices, budgets, and family support across four classrooms serving up to 35 children.

I also direct Chalice Camp for up to 75 participants, hiring and training counselors, managing detailed health and meal needs, and planning family events for up to 200 people. My childcare and nanny experience has strengthened my ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain safe environments, and provide attentive care.
