I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 15+ years of experience building and improving distributed systems, high-availability databases, Linux systems programming, and embedded software. I focus on production-scale reliability engineering and performance, with deep expertise in MySQL Group Replication.
At Oracle’s MySQL team (2016–2026), I authored technical blog posts on MySQL Group Replication and delivered concrete reliability enhancements. I designed and implemented improvements to certification, flow-control, and recovery subsystems to strengthen operational stability in production deployments.
I also served as a Subject Matter Expert for MySQL High Availability on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving critical incidents for enterprise customers. Beyond incident response, I implemented SAVEPOINT support for MySQL Group Replication within six months, expanding transactional compatibility for replicated workloads.
