I’m a Senior Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations leader with more than 15 years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions in FMCG and consumer goods environments. I focus on improving service levels, strengthening supplier relationships, and optimizing working capital.

I lead procurement and strategic sourcing, demand planning and forecasting, and S&OP, translating forecasts into replenishment plans, safety stock targets, and production planning. I drive inventory optimization and working capital optimization through practical controls and continuous improvement.

In operations and logistics, I manage imports, warehousing, transportation, and distribution—along with 3PL and vendor performance—supported by clear KPI development and reporting. I coordinate Treasury, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align inventory needs with cash flow objectives and operational profitability.

I also bring contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and cost reduction initiatives to every engagement, with advanced Excel and SAP ERP to execute and measure results.
