What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring a person-centered, advocacy-driven rehabilitation counseling approach to vocational rehabilitation, helping individuals with disabilities identify strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful employment and independence.

I'm building trauma-informed, strength-based systems for an integrated school and clinic, coordinating continuity of care for children with diverse rehabilitation and support needs. I partner with families to reduce barriers to accommodations, assistive technology, and rehabilitation resources.

Previously, I managed high-volume caseloads of 40–50 clients and families, creating individualized rehabilitation plans and mobilizing vocational, psychiatric, nursing, counseling, housing, and community integration resources. With an M.S. in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and CRC certification, I bring a person-centered, advocacy-driven approach to helping individuals with disabilities pursue meaningful employment and independence.
