I’m an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. At Banco BV, I kept documentation and task tracking up to date, accurate, and clear—so nothing was missed and everyone had what they needed to move forward.

I managed and organized Jira task tracking and Confluence documentation for multiple teams. I also supported Agile work by updating project dashboards, including task tags, to help the team track completed work throughout the year.

I work well independently, learn new tools quickly, and take ownership of my responsibilities. I documented my own tasks and technologies so others could pick up work without delays, and I helped evaluate technology partnerships with the infrastructure team by following up in scheduled meetings.

I’m comfortable communicating what’s being introduced and what will be deprecated, and I contributed to automation by implementing some tasks using Jenkins pipelines. With an unfinished Computer Engineering bachelor’s at UFAM, I’ve also built a strong foundation in programming logic (C, C++, Java, Python), problem solving, and teamwork.
