I'm looking to lead customer support or customer experience operations where I can improve service quality, resolve complex escalations, strengthen customer retention, and collaborate with technical teams.

I've led customer support and customer experience at Blitzpoker, managing end-to-end service across email, chat, voice, WhatsApp, and social media for global customers.
