I’m looking for a role where I can deliver holistic, patient-centered complex care—combining urgent, home health, and telehealth—while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, strengthening preventive and chronic care, and improving outcomes through quality-focused practice.

I’m a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with Psychiatric Mental Health training, focused on managing complex care needs in urgent care and home health settings. I’m committed to holistic, patient-centered care that integrates medical, psychosocial, and functional needs.
