What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a purpose-driven role where I can lead ESG and sustainability initiatives through internal communications and social innovation—strengthening culture, measuring impact, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

I’m a Sustainability & Internal Communications Analyst with around 3 years of experience integrating strategic communication and social management to generate positive impact. My focus spans ESG, SDGs, the Global Compact, sustainability, and social innovation.

I’ve led internal communication strategies and sustainability projects that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and relationships with stakeholders and communities. I also coordinate large-scale corporate events and support social wellbeing initiatives aligned with corporate purpose.

In my recent work, I’ve managed ESG projects across multiple brands, contributed to sustainability reporting based on the GRI Standard and ISO 14001, and prepared monthly carbon and water footprint reports. I manage volunteering programs, donations, supplier engagement, and administrative follow-up for environmental and social projects, including SAP payment processes.

I’m especially proud of initiatives like a disability-awareness course with 100% positive impact, a waste management challenge reaching 500 students, and sustainability-focused packaging and inclusive certification work across key restaurants. Earlier, I supported recycling and social innovation programs (including targets achieved in tons of waste) and employee acceptance for projects like “LIVING AMAZON WEEK.”
