At MUFG, I built an end-to-end monitoring solution for Nutanix infrastructure, bringing cluster metrics and DB Connect data into central Splunk dashboards. I also correlated SNMP traps with application events in Splunk ITSI.
At MUFG, I implemented ITSI service models, health scores, and Glass Tables to track transactional flows, user activity, and API performance. I deployed New Relic APM across microservice projects for transaction tracing and latency analysis.
At Synechron, I built customer journey Glass Tables and KPI scorecards connecting front-end touchpoints, API gateways, and backend services to conversion metrics. Earlier, at Accenture and Wipro, I worked on enterprise log onboarding, dashboards, alert tuning, and Splunk administration.
