I’m a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in STLC, manual testing, API testing, defect lifecycle management, and cross-platform system testing across Android and Windows. I bring structured QA thinking and production-awareness from hands-on work and incident-response responsibilities.

In my Instagram System Testing project, I delivered a 7-module test effort with 150+ test cases, 80+ executions, RTM ensuring 100% requirement coverage, and clear, severity/priority-classified bug reporting. I also applied structured test design techniques like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, State Transition Testing, and Decision Table testing.

At HCLTech, I managed and resolved 80+ monthly P1/P2 incidents with 95% SLA compliance using ITIL-based incident management across APAC, EMEA, and NORAM regions. I performed root cause analysis with L2/L3 and development teams, served as a post-deployment validator during change windows, and acted as a client-facing single point of contact during weekend shifts.

I also build to understand the whole system—developing a full-stack Todo Productivity App with Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, JWT authentication, and real-time push notifications via Service Workers and the Web Push API. My goal is to bring that end-to-end systems perspective into QA so quality is measurable, repeatable, and production-ready.
