At APEOPLE, I worked with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that prioritized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I also assisted with change management initiatives and helped strengthen the organization's reputation as a DEI-focused employer.

As a Political Journalist at ON.GE, I wrote long-form articles on international relations and security, reported on domestic security challenges, and interviewed politicians during the 2020 election campaign. I also researched security challenges in Georgia for NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO and assisted with interviews.
