What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead governance and development portfolios where I can apply results-based management, compliance-strengthening oversight, and data-driven reporting to improve delivery, support inclusive public services, and scale digital transformation with donors and partners.

I’m a development portfolio and project implementation specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning results-based management, public-sector reform, infrastructure, and climate and green transition. At the UNDP Governance Reform Fund (GRF), I managed a USD 9.5M Sida-funded, multi-year donor portfolio—overseeing project processing, implementation monitoring, financial oversight, and compliance across 120 initiatives and 50+ public institutions and 25 CSOs.

I’m known for driving digitalisation and strengthening inclusive public service delivery through structured, data-driven reporting and knowledge products. I monitored 120+ grant initiatives and tracked 300+ indicators, improved on-time milestones from 82% to 98%, delivered full donor compliance with zero major audit findings, and successfully launched a USD 5M DFID-funded programme within approved timelines and budget.
