What I'm looking for

I'm open to Travel Operations, Guest Experience, Travel Coordination, Travel Consulting, Reservations and related tourism roles. I'm available for full-time, contract or freelance work in onsite, hybrid or remote arrangements.

I’ve coordinated end-to-end guest journeys for a local tour operator in Nusa Penida, managing around 10 bookings daily and serving approximately 1,000 guests each month. I arrange pickups, fast boats, transport, activities and vendor coordination while resolving itinerary changes and operational issues in real time.

Across Bali, Yogyakarta, Central Java and East Java, I’ve led private tours, shared tours and groups of 50+ guests, bringing local history, culture and legends to life for international travelers.

I’m experienced in guest communication, travel coordination, vendor management, reservations, problem solving and upselling. I also have a strong background in graphic and visual design.

I’m comfortable working independently, communicating in English, and coordinating with people across different locations and time zones. I’m open to remote travel operations, travel consulting, customer experience, reservations and related roles.
