I've supported Colombia's Truth Commission by reviewing and synthesizing technical reports and survivor testimonies in its Sexual Violence Unit. As a volunteer with Taller de Vida, I documented girls' experiences of conflict for El baúl de la esperanza and helped deliver workshops.
My anthropology training at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana focused on Health Anthropology, Culture and Power, and ethnographic research. My undergraduate thesis examined microhistorical memory construction in Colombia's armed conflict through interviews, transcription, and qualitative narrative analysis.
I'm currently conducting antemortem data collection and memory reconstruction related to victims of repression during Franco's dictatorship, alongside oral history interviews with relatives and descendants. I also bring experience in compliance reporting, archaeological fieldwork, and qualitative research with trans sex workers.
