What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my healthcare operations, health information, data management, and patient-support experience in a role that improves care delivery and supports organized, compliant clinical teams.

At Tiny Tooth PA, I direct daily logistics and workflow for a mobile dental unit serving schools and underserved pediatric communities across Chicago.

I coordinate with school administrators, teachers, and parents, manage consent forms and patient flow, and create a calm, organized experience for children from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. I also oversee pediatric dental supply inventory and protect confidential student paperwork.

Previously, I managed freight scheduling, route logistics, payroll, billing, and customer updates at Dac Trucking Inc. At Smile Support Ltd, I supported a 15-member dental team through recruitment, training, patient intake, scheduling, medical billing, records management, and inventory operations.
