Most of my work focuses on turning complex digital, AI, cloud, and analytics topics into crisp, outcome-led content that resonates with senior decision-makers—whether it’s API documentation, a whitepaper for a CXO, or a social-first campaign hook.

In my current role as Principal Technical Writer at Sapience Analytics, I own content strategy and governance for workforce analytics: user guides, release narratives, onboarding content, and in-app messaging. I also implement prompt-based AI drafting workflows to accelerate production while maintaining editorial rigor.

Earlier, as an independent brand and communications strategy consultant, I ghostwrote CEO/CXO narratives and built thought leadership programs for founders and technology heads. From stakeholder-rich executive communication to SEO-driven content programs, I help teams create narrative consistency, measurable engagement, and clear direction from messy inputs.
