What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile, project portfolio management, digital transformation, and change initiatives where I can strengthen collaboration, build organizational capability, and help teams adopt effective ways of working.

At Nemak, I lead Agile and project portfolio management initiatives that support digital transformation, including end-to-end Adobe Workfront administration, governance models, and SAP SFSF Onboarding 2.0 implementation across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

I've grown from IT Project Management Analyst to Senior Specialist, coaching cross-functional teams in Agile and traditional delivery methods, building training and internal learning campaigns, and applying ADKAR change management to help teams adopt new ways of working. Earlier, I developed Oracle SOA services using BPEL and JDeveloper, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
