At BandeiraAdvogadosAssociados, I advised companies, startups, fintechs, and entrepreneurs on corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory matters. I researched fintech, digital assets, blockchain, smart contracts, and emerging financial regulation.
I co-founded MagusApp, a technology startup in tourism, gastronomy, entertainment, and events, and led its legal and corporate structuring from inception. I also managed initiatives across product, technology, commercial, and business development functions, and participated in raising more than BRL 100,000 in non-dilutive funding.
