What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global operations where I can coordinate shipments, manage documentation, work with international partners, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

I'm supporting international and time-critical shipment coordination at SDL Emergency Logistics, monitoring shipment status, deadlines, operational requirements, and data accuracy.

Previously at Omnia Europe, I coordinated export operations across EU and non-EU markets. I prepared and verified invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health and phytosanitary documents while working with Incoterms, HS codes, customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.

I focus on resolving documentation discrepancies before they delay shipments and keeping operational records accurate across multiple priorities.

My earlier accounting work strengthened my experience in invoice verification, payment documentation, reconciliation, and confidential financial records. I'm comfortable communicating with international clients, freight partners, and cross-functional teams in Romanian and English.
