What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate international arts programs, manage artist communications and archives, and support event logistics while applying media production and Excel-based organization.

I’m currently a Junior Program Coordinator (Intern) at OSTEN ART, supporting the World Gallery of Cartoons (WGC) and assisting with the OSTEN Biennial. I act as the primary point of contact for international artists, managing correspondence through submission and exhibition.

I maintain and organize the artwork archive so collection records stay accurate and accessible. I also build and manage structured datasets in Excel to support jury selection for competition entries.

Alongside OSTEN ART, I co-lead cultural and curatorial work as the Founder at Presek Foundation and support creative production at OVC collective as Creative Director. Earlier, I worked as a Production Assistant at Password Production on event-related production.

I’m studying Graphic Design at European University Skopje (expected 2027), and I focus on pairing media production and structured operations with clear communication across artists and teams worldwide.
