What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can deliver differentiated instruction and literacy interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support measurable student growth in an inclusive, student-centered school.

I am a dedicated elementary and special education teacher with hands-on experience designing and implementing differentiated lesson plans, individualized education programs (IEPs), and interventions for students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. I have driven measurable student growth—such as a 197-point average STAR increase and successful transitions of students back into inclusion classrooms—while collaborating closely with therapists, paraprofessionals, and families.

I hold a B.A. in English, multiple Florida educator temporary certificates (Elementary Education K-6; English 6-12; Exceptional Student Education K-12), and Orton-Gillingham training. I bring strong assessment and data-tracking skills, experience with assistive technology and alternative curricula, international exposure, and a proven ability to adapt instruction to meet academic and functional goals for students across levels.
